12oz Prophet followed up their preview post on Max Rippon aka Ripo, with a visit to the opening of “Signs, Fines and Cheap Wines,” by Alan Ket. Alan calls Ripo out as the “sophisticated letter man” that he is, and writes that “his murals are amazing and his gallery work is on another level as well.” Make sure to check out the full show here to see how right Alan is!

12oz also takes note that the show features 15 new works on paper and 10 new assemblage paintings along with 130+ plaster tiles based on the street tiles found throughout Barcelona. It’s a great show to see in person so if you’re local come take a look. The show runs until September 1st and gallery hours are Tuesday- Saturday, 12pm-7pm.
